6.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Work completed to date will be charged at the agreed rates.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information required for project completion
  • Timely review and approval of deliverables
  • Providing necessary access to existing systems, accounts, and platforms
  • Ensuring all content provided is legally compliant and properly licensed
  • Making payments according to agreed terms
  • Maintaining backups of their data and content

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Client Content

Clients retain ownership of all content, trademarks, and materials they provide. Clients grant us a license to use such materials for the purpose of providing services.

8.2 Developed Work

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project. We retain rights to general methodologies, techniques, and pre-existing tools.

8.3 Third-Party Components

Third-party components (frameworks, plugins, libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses.

9. Website Usage Terms

9.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

13. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

  • Client's breach of these Terms
  • Content provided by the client
  • Client's use of delivered services
  • Violation of third-party rights by client content

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by Either Party

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Completed work will be charged according to agreed rates.

14.2 Termination for Breach

We may terminate services immediately if the client breaches these Terms or fails to make required payments.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, payment obligations for completed work remain in effect, and confidentiality obligations continue.

15. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of client information and use it solely for providing services. This obligation survives termination of our relationship.

16. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

17. Dispute Resolution

17.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

17.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
